ZER – Circulation permission after the installation of an exhaust emissions reduction device – ULTIMATE CELL®

The circulation of Euro1 and Euro2 classified vehicles is allowed in the designated areas of the Lisbon Low Emissions Zone, as long as they have retrofitted an exhaust emissions reduction device, approved to install by the IMT (Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes) with support documentation that assures the emission reduction. If the documentation does not refers the Euro normative that the vehicle complies with the device installed, it will be considered that the vehicle has improved his environmental performance in terms of pollutant emissions in one Euro normative.
