Restructuring of Ultimate Cell and Ultimate Power Companies
Due to the exponential growth in the production of UC3 systems for UTIS as well as the significant increase in sales of the devices for Internal Combustion Engines it was necessary to carry out a profound restructuring of Ultimate Group Companies.
Ultimate Cell and Ultimate Power, from the Ultimate family group, due to the exponential growth in the production of UC3 systems for UTIS – 50% joint venture between the cement company SECIL and Ultimate Cell – as well as the significant increase in sales of the devices for Internal Combustion Engines in the most varied Countries of the World, it was necessary to carry out a profound restructuring, of which the following stand out:
- Appointment of the managing partner Paulo Gonçalo as the new CEO, with the other managing partner Vítor Gonçalo becoming Chairman. Diogo Quintão was appointed COO of the company.
- Extension to many more countries of its two Patents approved in the USA and the European Union for Internal Combustion.
- Strong reinforcement of its R&D component with the improvement resulting in much higher efficiency of new versions of the existing devices and development of new systems, to be soon launched on the market.
- Reorganization of its technical structure with a substantial increase in the number of employees and improvement of working conditions.
- Continuous selection of national and international suppliers few of the best in the world, supported by visiting international fairs.
- Development of the Marketing component with the creation of a new collaborative website with a simulator to estimate savings and new actions with the most diverse media.
