Appointment of the managing partner Paulo Gonçalo as the new CEO, with the other managing partner Vítor Gonçalo becoming Chairman. Diogo Quintão was appointed COO of the company. 2. Extension to many more countries of its two Patents approved in the USA and the European Union for Internal Combustion. 3. Strong reinforcement of its R&D component with the improvement resulting in much higher efficiency of new versions of the existing devices and development of new systems, to be soon launched on the market. 4. Reorganization of its technical structure with a substantial increase in the number of employees and improvement of working conditions. 5. Continuous selection of national and international suppliers few of the best in the world, supported by visiting international fairs. 6.
