**NOTICE**

For the protection of our clients it is our duty to inform that on 9th March 2016 and by initiative of ULTIMATE POWER LDA it was terminated the Exclusive Distribution Agreement in Poland signed with the company ULTIMATE CELL POLSKA SP . Z O.O (PL7792415802).

In this context and since this company was still in its possession with some ULTIMATE CELL® devices, we alert that the devices with the following serial numbers:  
 UCCE003215 to UCCE003334  
 UCTE002159 to UCTE002238  
 are no longer covered by insurance and the guarantee provided for in the above Agreement.
